The logicJMS was designed with automation in mind. If your company is a contracting company that receives large volume of orders from particular customers then the LogicJMS Auto Import Module can save you hundreds of hours a year. The principle is simple: when an job order arrives in electronic format the LogicJMS will strip out all the relevant information then create a new job in the database. The electronic file is then attached to this job for future reference. Once the job is created in the LogicJMS, it can automatically create an invoice in your accounting package. Whenever the job codes change in a particular job, the accounting package is informed and the invoices are updated.
