The LogicJMS is a web application that runs on the user's machines without the need to install any software. It works on Internet Explorer and can be accessed through an intranet or internet depending on the need of your company.

Customer Portals

Your customers can log into the LogicJMS and check on the status of their jobs. This is very useful to you if you have a large volume of jobs coming each customer.

Multi-user Enabled

The LogicJMS allows staff to view and edit jobs simultaneously. User activities can tracked in the system and the administrator can provide different access levels to different users.

Calendar View

The monthly calendar view can either show you the jobs that are happening during month by location or by assigned contractor/technician. You can then drill down to get a daily view.

Supports Workflow

Does your company have a particular business process? The LogicJMS is designed to be able to mimic that process in realtime. For example: if you want to automatically email the operations manager when a high priority job is created.

Sub-Contractor Module

The LogicJMS allows you to manage your sub-contractors very well. You can define different skill levels for technicians such that they will only be able to do certain kind of jobs.

If you are receiving your job orders through emails, then the LogicJMS can automatically process them and place them into the unscheduled queue.

Auto pricing

The LogicJMS can automatically price jobs based on the job items (codes) that it contains. This information can then be based on to your accounting package automatically.

Accounting Software Integration

Integrating with accounting packages hasn't been easier. Imagine this scenario: an email comes in from your customer with a job attachment. The email is automatically processed an all information is brought into the LogicJMS. At the same time the LogicJMS will create a new order in your accounting software and populate the relevant financial information in real time!
