MNI Electrospark was increasingly being overwhelmed by incoming work orders and invoices from their customers that needed to be manually processed and entered into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

Many labour hours were being spent in extracting data from PDF documents into the spreadsheet.

Only one employee can be editing records in the spreadsheet at any one time.

Solution

The LogicJMS was deployed on a central server and the workstation that was receiving emails was configured to route a copy of all attachments to the LogicJMS. The LogicJMS would then process the attachments and mark the emails in the inbox as being processed. The emails received were work orders as well as tax invoices.
